Low-poly fisherman's box asset made in 3ds Max 2017 and textured in Substance Painter and Photoshop. Lighthouse photo was taken from Pixabay and modified in Photoshop (can be used in any kinds of projects without mentioning), fish sticker was handpainted by me :D

Model has 4.6k polygons and 4.4k vertices, textures on renders have a resolution of 4k.
